Queen Margaret University Celebrates 1000th Deposit in eResearch Repository

10th February 2010, by

Colleagues at Queen Margaret University have been celebrating reaching the 1000th deposit in their research repository. The open access article was co-authored by Rebecca Horn, a researcher from QMU's Institute for International Health and Development.

Helen Muir (Research Support Librarian) presented the prize, and Fraser Muir (Director of Information Services and LRC) and Jo Rowley (Head of Library Services) also offered their congratulations.

It's fantastic to see signs of continued repository uptake across the Higher Education sector in the UK, and 1000 deposits is indeed at splendid achievement. The RSP would like to congratulate the team at QMU, and look forward to seeing continued growth in eResearch!
