EPrints training day

19th January 2011

The Leathermarket, Weston Street, London SE1 3ER

This training day will cover aspects of technical management of an EPrints repository. Aimed at technicians working with established repositories it will focus on aspects of maintaining and customising the software rather than installation.

Training will be carried out by EPrints developers Dave Tarrant and Patrick McSweeney and will cover essential information for developers and technicians who are involved in maintaining, enhancing and branding repositories running on EPrints software.

The event will take place in a dedicated training facility in central London, close to London Bridge tube station.

Delegates should be confortable working with Linux and Windows command line interfaces and with editing source code, preferable with some knowledge of perl.
